		<title>Kingston Improv Games Regional Tournament is Underway!</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Kingston Regional Tournament is underway and will be happening all this week until Saturday the 27<sup>th</sup> where the tournament will culminate in a final night of play with the top five teams from the week competing to represent Kingston at the National tournament!</p>
<p>We’ve seen some incredible teams so far and there is still much more improv to come!</p>

<p>That&#8217;s right, this week is the 9th annual Nova Scotia Regional Improv Games!</p>
<p>This <strong>Thursday</strong> kicks off the <strong>3 day </strong>tournament held at <strong>St. Matthew&#8217;s Church</strong> on beautiful downtown Barrington Street.</p>
<p>Preliminaries are Thursday &#38; Friday at 7pm, and are <strong>only $5</strong> for each night &#8211; tickets available at the door. On Saturday, the top 4 teams will compete at the Regional Finals for a chance to go to Ottawa for the National Festival. Finals&#8230;</p>]]></description>

		<title>Hot Improvisation in the Coldest Place on Earth</title>

		<title>Island Regionals this weekend!</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;re ready and waiting for registrations for the National Festival!  It&#8217;s going to be an exciting line-up this year&#8230;.Christian Capozzoli of the Magnet Theatre NYC has just confirmed he will be teaching for us!  Registration is only $80 per student ($60 if you are traveling from outside of Ontario) and gets you two workshops, open lectures, forums, jam sessions, and tickets to each night of play!  What a deal!  Not&#8230;</p>]]></description>

		<title>LM Finals are almost here!</title>

<p>Prelims are over and we are now down to the top 9 teams in the Lower Mainland Regional Tournament. Last year’s champs Prince of Wales got an early lead with fantastic Theme and Story events only to be trumped on the second to last night by New Westminster’s powerhouse team.</p>
<p>With finals already <strong>sold out</strong> and its spots filled with great teams, tonight’s WILDCARD round competitors will be hungry for that 5<sup>th</sup> place&#8230;</p>]]></description>

		<title>North Island Cup a massive hit!</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>We returned from Courtenay late last night still exchanging stories about our favorite moments from two amazing nights. The audiences were packed with enthusiastic fans showing the Comox Valley spirit. National champs Vanier showed they still got it, taking the North Island Cup and their juniors placing first the night before.</p>
<p>The standings were tight though, with Isfeld&#8217;s seniors and juniors not far behind Vanier. The Isfeld junior team will join&#8230;</p>]]></description>
