Canadian Improv Games “CIG”) operates wholly independently of the Australian Institute of the Performing Arts (“AIPA”) and visa versa. The organizations do not share financial or staff resources and neither party controls of the other party in any manner whatsoever. CIG has, on a royalty free basis, licensed certain parts of its curriculum to AIPA so that high school students in Australia can obtain the same types of benefits that CIG has been providing to Canadian high school students for the past 35 years.
