The Next Act WEST Festival will be held in Vancouver from June 1st to 4th at THE INSTANT SHOP. Workshops with Instant Theatre’s Alistair Cook and (90% sure) William Tierney from the Upfront Theatre. There will be two nights of performances at Havana Theatre and a whole bunch of exciting evening outings.

Alistair Cook
A 20-year veteran of improvisation, Alistair has produced, directed, taught and performed many styles of improvisation across Canada. Alistair has been producing the Canadian Improv Games in BC for the Past 19 years and Nationally for the past “lots”. www.instanttheatre.com for more info.
William Tierney
Billy Tierney is the Artistic Director of The Upfront Theatre in Bellingham, Washington. He has been improvising since last century and finds inspiration in life and the world around him. Billy has taught improvisation in the USA, Canada, and Europe and is a regular trainer at the Canadian Improv Games summer camp, Improv Camp. He’s also a Father, and a Man.
