Canadian Improv Games is a charity organization dedicated to empowering youth, in partnership with over 250 high schools across Canada, by teaching invaluable life skills through improvisational theatre and leadership training programs.
Each year we host a series of events in cities across Canada, a National Tournament & Festival and THREE summer camps… all that bring young people together to explore their creativity and participate in team-building activities while further developing their confidence, strengthening critical-thinking skills, learning respect for others. None of this would be possible without the generous support of those who donate to the Canadian Improv Games every year.
How YOU can help?
Support our Regional Programs
Beginning each October, Canadian Improv Games hosts various training and performance based events for students in every major city across Canada. We rely on generous donations of theatre space, event supplies and general donations to make this events come to life. For over 40 years students have made lifelong friends while participating in Canadian Improv Games events.
Support our National Tournament & Festival
Each spring the Canadian Improv Games hosts a massive festival and conference in Ottawa for high school students across Canada. Students enjoy a week of workshops, field trips, performances and team building activities that build confidence, strengthen critical-thinking skills, teach respect for others and encourage creativity all while learning about our nation’s capital! This event is not possible without the generous support of those who donate to the Canadian Improv Games every year.
